Responsibilities
Reporting to management, you organise, lead and optimise all manufacturing and logistics activities to ensure safety, quality, deadline compliance and cost control.
In this role, you will be specifically responsible for:
- Managing and developing production and logistics teams.
- Ensuring the planning and monitoring of manufacturing activities.
- Driving performance through quality, cost, deadline and productivity indicators.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing continuous optimisation actions.
- Coordinating activities with the various departments of the company.
- Ensuring compliance with procedures, quality standards and safety rules.
Profile
- Higher technical education.
- Proven experience in managing production and logistics teams.
- Strong experience in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Management methods.
- Experience with an ERP, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset, sense of priorities and results orientation.
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different departments.
