About the job
Active since 1990 in the fields of environment, safety and airport operations,
the company BTEE SA has around twenty employees.
To complete our team, we are looking for our headquarters in Sembrancher (VS), a:
Urban Planner 50-80%
Your tasks:
- Conduct and write studies for our Environment and Territorial Development division.
- Assist municipalities in their territorial development, particularly in relation to partial or comprehensive revisions of PAZ and RCCZ.
- Collaborate with municipalities, private contractors, management and cantonal services on technical aspects related to land use planning files.
- Manage agricultural planning projects such as PDR or structural improvements.
- Prepare mobility studies linked to environmental issues.
- Lead project groups up to the preliminary project, project, and even implementation stages.
- Collaborate within the Airport division on airport planning.
- Create plans, maps, profiles and sections for all areas of the office’s activity.
- Prepare offers and bids (analysis of specifications, calculation).
- Participate in the development of new services (methodology, implementation of tools).
- Contribute to acquiring new mandates.
Profile sought:
- Holder of a master’s degree in urban planning, or an equivalent qualification.
- With initial professional experience.
- Proficient in GIS and CAD tools (ArcGis, Autocad) and common IT tools.
- Knowledge of the local Valais area and planning regulations.
- Analytical and synthetic mind. Natural curiosity and great adaptability.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Languages: French. Other national languages and/or English an advantage.
