Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII 80-100%

Your tasks

• Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
• Assuming tasks as a nursing key contact person
• Responsibility and management of the nursing process for assigned guests, including RAI nursing needs assessment
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach
• Planning and accompanying medical visits
• Assuming daily responsibility with coordination of the day team
• Leading case discussions and nursing reports
• Assuming tasks as a topic leader in a specialist area and thus contributing to the group-wide network for nursing quality
• Willingness to work night shifts

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid for)

• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
