What you can achieve with us
- Sales advisor: You take on the professional advice of internal and external customers as well as the sale of original accessories and additional items
- Order pro: You are responsible for receiving and processing oral, telephone and digital orders
- Structure talent: You maintain the accessory stock in the operation and process backlogs and special orders
- Contact person: You answer price and parts enquiries and handle complaints
- Person responsible: You take on warehouse responsibility in your operation and actively engage in the training of apprentices
- Team player: You are in close contact with the service team, especially regarding feedback on order deviations
What you bring with you
- Professional training and commercial experience: You have completed basic training in retail (e.g. retail specialist in automotive parts logistics EFZ) or automotive technical training (e.g. automotive specialist EFZ or similar) and have additionally completed commercial further training
- Professional expertise: You bring sound professional experience in automotive parts logistics
- Service pro: You are outgoing, enjoy approaching people and impress with your advisory competence and persuasive strength on the phone and on site
- IT expert: With your IT affinity, you move confidently in our systems, record data carefully and quickly find your way around new applications
- Mindset master: You are resilient, handle stress positively and always maintain a positive mindset. Your customer-oriented manner as well as your expertise and enthusiasm for the automotive industry make the perfect mix
- Driving pro: Valid driving licence category B
