For our client, an internationally oriented industrial company with demanding production processes, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a technically skilled individual as

Operator (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You set up the bypass systems according to the specified process and quality standards and operate them independently
• Execution of bypass processes as well as independent spool, material, and roll changes
• Continuous monitoring of individual process steps, including complete documentation and initiation of necessary corrective measures
• Detecting and rectifying system malfunctions as well as performing minor maintenance work
• Recording production data and maintaining relevant master data
• Active participation in the optimisation of workflows and processes
• Support in lean measures and continuous improvement activities
• Responsible for orderliness, cleanliness, and compliance with 5S standards at the workplace
• Carrying out defined autonomous maintenance tasks
• Use of the MES control system for order processing and recording production data

Your Profile

• Completed training as a machine operator EFZ or a basic mechanical training, for example as a production mechanic or polymechanic
• Several years of professional experience in machine operation and length production; experience in cable production or comparable mechanical production processes is an advantage
• Strong technical understanding as well as a careful and quality-oriented working style
• Quick comprehension and willingness to be flexibly deployed in different production processes
• Reliable, resilient, and team-oriented personality
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Good user skills in handling PCs as well as experience with ERP systems
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system
