Workload: 80-100%
Shape the future of our supra-regional distribution network. You commission and manage a portfolio of substation and line projects from conception to completion and promote modern methods such as BIM and LEAN in asset management.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Initiate, plan and budget projects in substation and line construction
- Coordinate requirements with internal and external partners and obtain approvals; co-design and negotiate contracts with partners
- Commission and manage asset services for studies, planning and implementation
- Ensure order objectives in scope, deadlines and costs
- Implement and enforce technical concepts, standards and guidelines in projects
- Establish learning loops: feedback on error management, improvements and innovations
Profile & Requirements
- Engineering degree (e.g. electrical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering) and business management training or equivalent experience
- Experience in the construction or operation of network systems as well as in project management
- Practical experience in application/commissioning according to BIM methodology; understanding of LEAN principles
- Knowledge of IT/OT in critical infrastructures
- Very precise, quality-oriented working style; strong communication and negotiation skills
- German at native/C2 level, English at least B2
