Asset Manager in Networks (m/f/d)

Workload: 80-100%

Shape the future of our supra-regional distribution network. You commission and manage a portfolio of substation and line projects from conception to completion and promote modern methods such as BIM and LEAN in asset management.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan and budget projects in substation and line construction



• Coordinate requirements with internal and external partners and obtain approvals; co-design and negotiate contracts with partners



• Commission and manage asset services for studies, planning and implementation



• Ensure order objectives in scope, deadlines and costs



• Implement and enforce technical concepts, standards and guidelines in projects



• Establish learning loops: feedback on error management, improvements and innovations

Profile & Requirements

• Engineering degree (e.g. electrical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering) and business management training or equivalent experience



• Experience in the construction or operation of network systems as well as in project management



• Practical experience in application/commissioning according to BIM methodology; understanding of LEAN principles



• Knowledge of IT/OT in critical infrastructures



• Very precise, quality-oriented working style; strong communication and negotiation skills



• German at native/C2 level, English at least B2
