Application Engineer – Sales Support

Sensors and Measurement Systems

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Technical study of application cases and specifications for force measurement systems in lifting applications, torque measurement, brakes and motor or drive test systems.
• Development of technical solutions with cost calculation followed by technical and commercial offers.
• Technical and commercial support to our external salespeople, distributors and clients including client visits as needed.
• Organisation, management and monitoring of projects with internal teams and clients, including acceptance tests and client audits.
• Order follow-up with active participation in the preparation of specific technical documentation if required.

Your profile:

• Graduate engineer in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent training.
• Several years of relevant experience in sales support in a technical field, ideally in test and/or measurement systems (knowledge of safety standards: a plus!)
• Ability to adapt flexibly to client requirements, to plan and prioritise client project stages, to think from the client’s perspective.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in French with good knowledge of German and English.
