A Logistics Manager (Technical Field of Entertainment) Permanent Full-Time

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a logistics manager at Impact Vision, your role will be crucial to the smooth running of our company. You will be responsible for managing technical and decorative equipment, Tentickle tents, as well as organising the depot.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Organising depot teams, booking the necessary personnel for the smooth running of preparations/returns/repairs. Providing and monitoring the work and schedules of the teams.
- Organising team schedules at the depot.
- Ensuring the condition and availability of equipment, guaranteeing its proper functioning and organising its maintenance.
- Managing vehicles, organising or carrying out transport (truck-trailer), loading and unloading, especially for equipment needed for events.
- Supervising and managing all equipment stored in our depots.
- Coordinating the entry and exit of equipment for upcoming events and rentals.
As well as:
- Carrying out minor repairs on technical or decorative equipment (mechanical, carpentry, electronic) is a plus
- Implementing procedures for equipment and work at the depot
- Purchasing necessary equipment from suppliers.
YOUR PROFILE
To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:
- Previous experience in logistics management, preferably in the audiovisual or event sector.
- Excellent organisation, order and methodology in stock management.
- Ability to lead a team / Teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good stress management and sense of priorities, handling unforeseen events.
- General technical aptitude and DIY skills.
- You live locally and have good physical condition.
- A driving licence is required.
An advantage would be to have a
- Knowledge of audiovisual technology
- Trailer driving licence BE
