The Disability Insurance Office for the canton of Vaud is looking to hire for its Enterprises and Reintegration service a:
Employment Coordinator 80% - 100%
Start date: immediately or to be agreed
Salary scale: 7 ( Salary scale )
Your missions
As an employment coordinator, your main mission will be to reintegrate insured persons who have been forced to change their professional activity due to physical or psychological impairments. Your role is essential to promote their inclusion in the labour market.
Your tasks are as follows:
- conduct placement interviews with beneficiaries and support them in their job search;
- prospect Vaud companies to develop new partnerships and seek opportunities in the hidden job market;
- ensure the administrative follow-up of the files for which you are responsible.
Your profile
As a holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC), you have proven experience in personnel placement or socio-professional integration. Furthermore, you possess an excellent knowledge of the local economic fabric.
Your interpersonal skills, your listening ability, your assertiveness, your tact, as well as your capacity to manage stress allow you to work independently while respecting set objectives.
You are also recognised for your exemplary organisation, your ease in writing, and your mastery of common IT tools.
