Building & Infrastructure Maintenance Technician
- Federal VET Diploma in a building technical field or equivalent training
- Sanitary installer Federal VET Diploma, an advantage
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Good command of common IT tools
- Knowledge of CMMS and BMS, an advantage
- Forklift and aerial work platform licences
- Good physical condition
- Autonomy, rigour and sense of responsibility
- Maintain and inspect HVAC installations and equipment related to infrastructures
- Carry out machine connections: industrial water, pneumatics and ventilation
- Participate in relocations and installation of production machines
- Intervene in case of critical breakdowns
- Monitor and execute building-related projects
- Contribute to the optimisation of equipment and infrastructures
