Maintenance Mechanic (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the timely and cost-effective maintenance of the production facilities in the foundry
- Ensuring the operational readiness of all systems and operating equipment
- Analysis and rectification of technical faults during ongoing production
- Carrying out preventive maintenance work to avoid breakdowns
- Participation in overhauls and optimisation projects on production equipment
- Management and administration of spare parts
- Support for production staff with technical queries
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of processes and equipment
- Work in a 2-shift system
- Deployment as a member of the alarm group
Your Profile
- Completed training as an electrician, polymechanic, automation technician or comparable technical basic training
- Several years of experience in maintenance of a production operation
- Experience in fault analysis and troubleshooting of technical equipment
- Connection permit NIV Art. 15 or willingness to complete the corresponding training
- Knowledge of electronics, controls, sensors and PLC advantageous
- Technical understanding as well as solution-oriented working style
- Responsible, independent and reliable personality
- High commitment and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
