For our ROCKEN partner, a large company in the transport and traffic sector in the Zurich region, we are looking for a payroll specialist for the Payroll & Time Management team. Together with three other team members, you ensure that employees are correctly and punctually paid regarding salary, allowances and deductions, and that time management functions reliably. With your expertise and flair for numbers, you are an important point of contact for employees and managers.
Responsibilities:
You ensure that payroll-relevant and variable data are reliably recorded and correctly processed in SAP-HCM, from entries and exits to absences and unpaid leave to allowances and deductions
You independently handle family allowances, EO-/MSE compensations as well as sickness and accident cases and ensure the correct processing of social insurances, withholding tax and daily allowance accounting
You are the point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll and time management and provide 1st-level support for the SAP time recording system
You ensure correct and up-to-date time management and monitor compliance with legal working and rest time regulations as well as internal instructions
You create reports, statistics and evaluations as a basis for internal queries
Qualifications:
You have a commercial or business administration education, a proven further qualification in payroll or social insurances and several years of professional experience in this field
You are familiar with SAP-HCM and enjoy familiarising yourself with complex systems and processes
You work carefully, precisely and in a structured manner, even when many business cases require attention simultaneously
You appreciate numbers, data and administrative processes as well as contact with people, think ahead and get to the bottom of things
You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as secure MS Office skills, especially in Excel
