In this responsible leadership position, you take on the technical and organisational overall responsibility for the workshop. You coordinate maintenance, servicing, and repairs, lead your team, and ensure a safe, efficient, and trouble-free operation. At the same time, you manage technical projects from planning to successful commissioning.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for workshop organisation and ongoing operations
Planning and coordination of maintenance, servicing, and repair work
Leadership, promotion, and development of the workshop team
Management of technical projects from planning to commissioning
Ensuring an efficient and safe workshop operation
Optimisation of workflows and technical processes
Responsibility for quality, safety, and technical availability
Qualifications:
Technical basic training, e.g. polymechanic, automation technician, or production mechanic
Further education HF/FH, e.g. technician HF mechanical engineering or mechanical engineer FH
Initial leadership experience in a technical or industrial environment
Experience in operation and maintenance of technical systems, ideally in the chemical industry
Experience in managing technical projects
High quality, safety, and responsibility awareness
Clear, structured, and authoritative leadership personality
High initiative and pronounced hands-on mentality
