On behalf of a client, we are looking for a committed individual to lead demanding building construction projects for a renowned engineering, planning and construction company. The company supports its clients from project development through planning to successful realisation and stands for quality, innovation and sustainable building concepts.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the planning and realisation of building construction projects
Leadership and coordination of project teams, specialist planners and contractors
Ensuring compliance with cost, schedule and quality requirements
Preparation of tenders and participation in awarding procedures
Site coordination and supervision of construction execution
Conducting client meetings and coordinating all project participants
Responsibility for cost control, claims management and project controlling
Ensuring compliance with standards, regulations and quality standards
Support for clients, investors and authorities throughout the entire project duration
Qualifications:
Basic training as a draughtsman EFZ specialising in architecture, bricklayer EFZ or comparable training in construction
Further training as a construction manager HFP, technician HF construction planning, architect FH or civil engineer FH
Several years of experience in project or construction management of building construction projects
Sound knowledge of Swiss SIA standards as well as construction administration
Very good German skills and confident use of construction and project management tools
