HR Specialist (m/f/d)

For an internationally active company in the pharmaceutical industry in the Basel area, we are looking for an experienced individual as HR Specialist (Senior).
The position is initially limited to 3 months and offers the possibility of a long-term permanent position if suitably qualified.

Tasks

• Comprehensive management of the employee lifecycle from entry to exit
• Preparation of employment contracts, references and other HR documents
• Advice and support for employees and managers on administrative HR matters
• Coordination of onboarding and offboarding as well as support in recruiting
• Handling social security, withholding tax and work permit issues
• Participation in HR projects as well as the further development and optimisation of HR processes
• Ensuring high data quality as well as support in HR reporting, audits and compliance

Must Haves

• Commercial training with further education in HR (e.g. HR specialist certificate)
• Several years of professional experience in human resources in an international environment
• Good knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security
• Experience with withholding tax, work permits and international employees
• Independent, structured and service-oriented working style
• High discretion, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Very good German and good English skills
• Good MS Office skills; experience with Abacus HR is an advantage
