What awaits you?
- Ensure the processing, monitoring and administrative control of credit files, from their creation to their implementation and digital archiving.
- Prepare, verify and manage contractual documentation related to financing.
- Actively support client advisors in the preparation, monitoring and administrative processing of client files.
- Participate in process optimisation and ensure rigorous execution of operations.
- Work closely with the various departments of the Bank to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, regulatory requirements and quality standards.
What do you bring?
- Complete banking training (banking CFC or equivalent qualification).
- Proven experience in managing credit files.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage financing and credit processes.
- Excellent organisational skills, priority management and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, analytical sense and decision-making ability.
- Collaborative spirit, pragmatism and solution-oriented.
- Resident in Switzerland, ideally in the Chablais region.
