Your Tasks

• Technical and personnel management of the surface treatment team (approx. 15-20 people)
• Deployment planning, qualification, and further development of employees
• Ensuring target achievement regarding quality, deadlines, productivity, and capacity utilisation
• Planning, control, and monitoring of production orders as well as active management of shopfloor management
• Identification of optimisation and improvement potentials and active implementation within the framework of the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Coordination of internal and external interfaces
• Responsibility for safety, order, and operational readiness of the machinery

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in metal processing, further training advantageous
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in surface treatment or a comparable manufacturing environment
• Sound process understanding as well as experience in planning and controlling production processes
• Good IT skills and experience with production planning systems (PPS)
• Strong leadership skills, assertiveness, and a hands-on mentality
• Confident appearance, high communication skills, and team orientation
