Specialist in Payroll Administration (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You process the monthly payroll professionally and on time
You maintain payroll-relevant personnel data as well as entries, transfers, and exits
You handle withholding tax, family allowances, and other payroll-relevant events
You manage accident, illness, disability insurance, and maternity leave cases
You advise employees and managers on salary and social insurance matters
You clarify complex issues with authorities and social insurance carriers
You contribute to digitalisation projects in payroll
Qualifications:
Commercial training, degree, or specialised further education
Professional experience in payroll administration
Experience with SAP HCM; knowledge of UKA or audit tools is an advantage
High accuracy, service orientation, and quality awareness
Very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
