Carrying out repairs and maintenance on washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers in both private and commercial sectors
Advising customers on repair options, products, and services
Preparing cost estimates and offers for repairs and new purchases
Sales of new appliances, including advice and selection assistance
Responsibility for the service area and efficient processing of orders
Requirements:
Completed training as an electromechanic or a comparable qualification in the technical field
NIV 15 examination desirable, but not mandatory
Category B driving licence for travel to customers
Good German language skills for communication with customers and preparation of offers
