For our client, a regionally well-established company from the industrial sector in the Thusis area, we are looking for an independent and reliable personality as:

Employee in Sales Administration and Order Processing (m/f/d, 50 - 100%)

Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among other things:

• You will support customers from the quotation stage to order processing and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Maintaining customer and order data in the ERP system is also part of your duties.
• You assist in optimising internal processes as well as in administrative procedures related to customs formalities.
• In collaboration with production, scheduling, and sales, you ensure coordinated order processing.

For this position, you bring the following profile:

• You have a commercial education, experience in foreign trade, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you bring professional experience from the timber industry or internal sales.
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and customer-oriented.
• Team spirit, interconnected thinking, and knowledge of Italian are advantageous.
