You continuously support, operate, and develop our commercial application landscape.
In this role, you ensure stable, secure, and smooth operation of the applications and take on incident, problem, and change management.
You plan, coordinate, and accompany releases as well as the introduction of new functions and optimisations.
You analyse business requirements, develop suitable solution concepts together with the specialist departments, and implement them successfully.
In this role, you work closely with key users, internal stakeholders, and external partners and coordinate the collaboration.
You support and optimise application interfaces as well as the integration of various systems.
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable education with relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in application management as well as in the operation and further development of business applications
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or comparable solutions
- Sound knowledge in IT service management, release management, and interface management
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style as well as strong communication skills in collaboration with specialist departments, key users, and external partners
