Recruitment Consultant for the Construction and Construction-Related Trades Sector 100%

Your challenge:

You are responsible for managing existing clients as well as acquiring and developing new clients in the Biel, Bern and Solothurn regions. You manage, administer and process client enquiries with the support of your colleagues. You are the hub between our construction clients and job seekers. As a true entrepreneur, you have a flair for business sense and organise, execute and accompany various promotions and campaigns in your assigned sector. You recruit and select the required personnel to meet the demands and requests of the companies and accompany the placements from A to Z. Your toolkit:

• Apprenticeship or training in a manual (trade) field with additional training or experience in the commercial sector
• Preferably with professional experience as a recruitment consultant
• A flair and perseverance for sales
• Willing to face new challenges daily
• Native Swiss German speaker with very good oral and written French skills at a minimum B2+ level
• An open personality with good negotiation skills
• High level of resilience, flexibility and stamina
• Team player as well as independent working style
• Good IT user skills
• Resident in Biel or the Seeland area
• Driving licence B and car are essential
