Our Rocken partner is a trading company in the construction and craft sector, supplying business customers with a versatile range for professional use. The offer includes various products and materials used in different areas of the construction industry and commercial everyday life. In addition to providing the required goods, the company supports its customers with expert advice and needs-based services. The focus is on reliable supply, efficient processes, and long-term cooperation with customers.
Responsibilities:
Ordering: You place orders based on stock levels and sales figures.
You keep an eye on delivery dates and open quantities and clarify discrepancies directly with suppliers.
For imports, you coordinate administrative processes and assist with the handling of goods shipments.
You check order confirmations for completeness and consistency with the orders.
You record changes to the range in the article master data and in the ERP system.
You update product information and article data for the online shop.
You actively participate in internal projects as well as in quality management measures.
You prepare evaluations and marketing materials such as flyers and brochures as needed.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial basic training or a comparable qualification.
You bring initial professional experience in purchasing, product management, or in a trading company.
You work confidently and proficiently with MS Office.
ERP knowledge is available; experience with SAP is an advantage.
Your working style is structured, precise, and efficient.
You communicate clearly and reliably in contact with suppliers and internal contacts.
You quickly recognise the relationships between stock, sales, and procurement.
You have very good German and good English skills; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
