Project Manager Heating (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 125,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a committed individual for the planning and realisation of demanding heating projects. In this role, you take responsibility for all project phases and work closely with clients, architects, and specialist planners. You contribute your technical expertise to the development of economical and sustainable building technology solutions and play a significant role in the project’s success. Responsibilities:
Management and coordination of heating projects from planning to commissioning
Creation of heating concepts, calculations, and technical execution documents
Creation and editing of CAD plans
Responsibility for project planning, costs, deadlines, and quality
Coordination of clients, architects, specialist planners, and contractors
Preparation of tenders, offers, and project documentation
Ensuring compliance with SIA standards, energy, and quality requirements
Qualifications:
Completed training as heating planner EFZ or heating installer EFZ with further education HF/FH
Professional experience in heating project management or building technology planning
Solid knowledge of CAD and heating planning
Experience in project management as well as with SIA standards
Very good German language skills
