What is my role?

• Ensuring timely availability of goods through active monitoring of all delivery dates

• Structured management and archiving of order documents, order confirmations, and delivery notes

• Operational support in the purchasing process and coordination of delivery dates with our business partners

• Maintenance and updating of data in the ERP system

• Carrying out customer deliveries as well as handling collections

• Active assistance in the warehouse area with goods receipt and order preparation

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training or business school diploma

• Ideally practical experience in the purchasing area

• Confident expression in German language, both spoken and written; English is a plus

• Strong organisational skills and an independent working style

• Confident handling of MS Office applications

• Team-oriented and communicative personality

• Valid driving licence category B
