What you will do

• Guest care
• Smooth check-in / check-out
• Receiving and forwarding all incoming internal and external calls
• Handling complaints
• Receiving and forwarding room service orders
• Email correspondence
• Compliance with Marriott and SV standards

What you bring

• Completed vocational training in hospitality or initial experience in a similar position in 4-star chain hotels
• Completed training in hospitality
• Guest- and service-oriented with an eye for detail and impeccable manners
• Proficient in German and English, any additional language is an advantage
• Organisational talent, independent and tidy working style
• Team player
• Flexible, eager to work and responsible
• Knowledge of the Opera operating system is an advantage
