Payroll Support 80% - 100% (m/f/d)
Your Role
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and supporting various administrative tasks, thereby contributing to the smooth functioning of payroll and compliance processes within our organisation.
Your Main Responsibilities
Payroll and Insurance Administration
- Collect and process salary data.
- Manage processes related to taxes, social insurance, health insurance, and work permits.
- Support Payroll Experts to ensure timely and correct salary payments in accordance with Swiss legal provisions.
- Participate in audits, unemployment benefit claims, and payroll-related reports.
- Collaborate with the Finance department for salary account reconciliation.
- Ensure rigorous management and archiving of salary-related documents.
- Provide support at the system and process level.
- Support the HR team with payroll-related queries.
- Ensure effective communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Manage receivables: monitor unpaid receivables and draft reminder letters.
- Prepare employer certificates and interim earnings certificates.
Manage employee affiliation to pension funds and verify invoices
- Manage employee entries and exits.
- Communicate with the external pension fund.
Your Profile
Education and Experience
- A Swiss certification in payroll management is desirable, accompanied by a university degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in personnel administration, ideally in retail.
Skills and Qualities
- Native German speaker, fluent in French and English.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and payroll/HR management systems.
- Methodical working style, excellent organisational and analytical skills.
- Proactive and team-oriented personality, able to prioritise even under pressure.
