What is my role?

Our client is looking for a property manager who passionately and customer-orientedly manages a portfolio consisting mainly of residential properties. You take full responsibility for the management, prepare annual budgets, lead employees, and are the central contact point for tenants and owners. With your open-minded nature and future-oriented working style, you contribute significantly to long-term customer relationships and make a difference in the property world.

What do I need to be successful?

• Federal diploma in property management or equivalent further education in the real estate sector

• Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry

• Sound knowledge of tenancy law and basic construction knowledge

• German as a native language, ideally knowledge of additional languages?

• High social and self-competence with the ability for self-management

• Strong customer orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people

• Affinity for technology and openness to new things

• Self-learning competence and joy in knowledge transfer
