Return to Assistance Case Manager (100%) - 12-month Fixed-term Contract
Salary scale : 4 (this scale applies to validated prerequisites, otherwise classification is at level -1)
Location: Lausanne
Start date: Immediate or to be agreed
What you bring to our mission
Through your administrative expertise, analytical skills and interpersonal ease, you help ensure rigorous and fair support for migrants. You play a key role in assessing individual situations, applying the principle of subsidiarity and supporting beneficiaries in their administrative procedures, while ensuring compliance with the legal framework and current procedures.

Your key responsibilities
You analyse and process cases to determine entitlement to benefits in accordance with the principle of subsidiarity.
You conduct return to assistance interviews and support beneficiaries in their administrative procedures.
You draft the necessary correspondence and administrative decisions for case processing.
You ensure the administrative follow-up of handled cases and contribute to the preparation of statistics and dashboards.
You handle requests received by phone and email and direct beneficiaries to the appropriate contacts.
You develop and maintain quality relationships with internal and external partners.
Your profile
Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training.
Minimum 3 years professional experience in a similar role or related field.
Knowledge of social insurance is an asset.
Excellent analytical, organisational and synthesis skills.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
