As Head of Technical Service, you bear the overall responsibility across multiple sites for the technical service at several locations. You ensure the safe and economical operation of technical systems and infrastructures, further develop the maintenance strategy and lead your teams with a clear focus on availability, efficiency and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Assuming overall responsibility across multiple sites for the Technical Service and the further development of technical systems and infrastructures
Ensuring a safe, compliant and economical operation of intralogistics and building technology as well as further developing the maintenance strategy
Managing automation, investment and optimisation projects from conception and business case creation to implementation
Ensuring the qualification, validation and GxP compliance of quality-relevant technical systems in collaboration with quality and other interfaces
Managing the area based on key figures, budgets and investment planning and creating transparency regarding performance, costs and risks
Qualifications:
Higher technical education at HF, FH or university level, for example in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, building or industrial engineering or facility management
Several years of leadership experience in a technical environment, ideally with cross-site responsibility and leadership of managers
Solid experience in intralogistics and/or automation technology as well as good knowledge of building technology and maintenance
Experience in a regulated environment, ideally pharma, medical technology or food, as well as knowledge of GxP/GDP requirements is an advantage
Very good German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2); French skills (B1) are an advantage
