Main tasks:

• Prepare, organise and supervise electrical sites (high and/or low voltage) in compliance with execution plans and specifications.
• Manage and motivate electrician teams on site, including apprentices.
• Ensure technical and administrative coordination between various stakeholders (client, design offices, other trades, suppliers).
• Manage the supply of electrical materials and ensure their proper use.
• Guarantee the quality of installations, in compliance with Swiss standards (NIBT) and current safety regulations.
• Monitor work progress and report to the site manager or project manager.
• Participate in testing, commissioning and defect rectification.
• Keep site documents up to date (measurements, plans, reports, timesheets, acceptance minutes).

Profile sought:

• Training in the field of electricity (CFC electrician installer is an asset).
• Proven experience in managing electrical sites in Switzerland.
• Good knowledge of NIBT standards and safety procedures.
• Organisational skills and a sense of anticipation.
• Natural leadership and team spirit. Comfortable with IT tools (Winprogitel, Office, etc.).
• Category B driving licence required
• Native French speaker or very good knowledge of French
