CNC Setter (M/F)

Your responsibilities:

• Set up and monitor CNC transfer machines for the production of watch components
• Carry out dimensional and aesthetic checks according to plans and quality requirements
• Ensure production traceability (stamping, data entry) and monitor daily indicators (quantity, quality, yield)
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of production processes

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma in mechanics (polymechanic, micromechanic or equivalent qualification)
• Strong knowledge of CNC setting and machining
• Proven experience in manufacturing watch components or precision parts
• Conscientious, autonomous person, able to work in a team
• Flexible and willing to work in 2-shift system
