For our client in the region, we are looking for a:

Facility Manager 100% (m/f/d)

Your Challenge

• Responsibility for compliance with the contractually agreed technical services at several locations
• Carrying out location-specific tasks within the framework of overarching facility management, including contract and cost management, quality assurance, as well as internal and client-specific reporting
• Responsibility for the creation and monitoring of budget and forecast statistics
• Advising and supporting clients
• Personnel responsibility and ensuring compliance with leadership guidelines
• Implementation and processing of CAFM processes (order management)

Your Competence

• Proven leadership experience
• Many years of experience in facility management
• Familiarity with the requirements of property owners and tenants
• High commitment and assertiveness
• Open and communicative personality who actively approaches clients and employees
• Process-oriented and quality-conscious working style
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
