Your tasks
- You are jointly responsible for ensuring the quality of nursing care on the wards as well as for evidence-based further development of nursing practice
- Together with your team, you take on the professional leadership and coaching of specialist nurses and topic leaders
- You advise, train and support nursing professionals in complex care situations as well as in challenging mobilisations and positioning
- You are part of the Shared Leadership Team and work closely with nursing management and education
- You represent nursing in the interprofessional rehabilitation team and conduct internal training related to nursing and Kinaesthetics
Your profile
- You hold a Master of Science in Nursing and have advanced knowledge in Kinaesthetics, preferably Kinaesthetics Trainer level
- Several years of experience as a qualified nurse in acute and/or rehabilitation care with specialist responsibility
- You are a personality with leadership skills and are passionate about the further development of nursing practice
