Your Tasks

• Leadership and further development of the "Architecture, Security & Risk" department (currently 4 employees) as well as management of the IDW as a member of the management team
  
• Development of the city-wide Enterprise Architecture and ensuring the alignment of the infrastructure architecture of the IDW
  
• Management, planning, monitoring and coordination of municipal IT security including security operations
  
• Consulting and supporting municipal stakeholders in the areas of IT architecture and IT security
  
• Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
  
• Responsibility for maintaining the ISO 27001 certification of the IDW
  
• Development of IT architecture concepts for enterprise on-premises and cloud solutions
  
• Leadership of the city-wide ICT risk management
  

Your Profile

• Many years of practical experience in complex IT environments as well as strong conceptual skills
  
• Ability to document and present complex technical matters clearly and comprehensibly
  
• Sound knowledge in dealing with highly available and security-critical IT solutions
  
• Responsible conduct and the ability to act as a link between our customers and the IDW
  
• Higher ICT qualification (ETH, university, university of applied sciences) or equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience as an ICT architect with a focus on IT security and preferably IT risk management
