NOMAD is a public institution from Neuchâtel providing home help and care, with nearly 500 collaborators. Our mission is to bring our expertise in home care and support to accompany the life projects of the inhabitants of the canton of Neuchâtel. We are firmly committed to making these services accessible to everyone residing in the canton, regardless of age, social or economic situation. Our services are provided by a network of small nursing teams, operating autonomously and agilely, distributed across 3 regions: Areuse, Doubs and Seyon.

Your missions

Join us to support our clients in their care journey and make a difference every day:

• Assess and analyse clients’ needs using the RAI-HC approach
• Develop, in partnership with the client, a personalised care plan
• Provide therapeutic, rehabilitation and palliative nursing care, either directly or by delegation as needed
• Support the client throughout the care process as a referent: support, information and therapeutic education
• Coordinate care activities within the multidisciplinary micro-team and with various actors in the social-health network
• Ensure administrative follow-up related to care provision
• Actively participate in continuing education and the promotion of good professional practices

Your profile

You are passionate about care and client well-being:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
• Autonomous and proactive, able to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Responsible and organised, with a keen sense of priorities and rigour in care follow-up
• Empathetic and relational, able to build a trusting relationship with patients
