About the job
Founded in Lausanne in 1843, the Asile des aveugles Foundation includes the Jules-Gonin Eye Hospital, a university ophthalmology service, a research centre, the Educational Centre for Visually Impaired Pupils (CPHV), social services, rehabilitation and low vision, and the Clair-Soleil medico-social establishment.
More than 600 staff members mobilise every day in the service of visual health to provide diagnostic, treatment and support services to people with visual impairments.
To complete our team in the hospitalisation unit, we are looking for a
Community Health and Care Assistant
Your mission
- Ensure a quality welcome and care for our patients
- Work in tandem with HES nurses
- Perform medical-technical procedures
- Contribute to the organisation of work and the smooth running of the unit's activities
Your assets
- Federal Certificate of Competence as a Community Health and Care Assistant
- Successful initial experience in a hospital environment, an advantage
- Sense of welcome and human contact
- Aptitude for teamwork as well as working independently
- Versatility, great flexibility, interpersonal skills
- Fluency in French, another language is an advantage
