A key role in managing and further developing central IT platforms.
Direct influence on priorities, quality, and future system projects.

Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the operational quality of our core systems and ensure reliable, high-performance platform services.
You coordinate external providers, monitor their contract fulfilment, and continuously develop the collaboration.
You design the system team’s roadmap, prioritise requirements, and coordinate implementation with quality assurance and automation.
You further develop the existing system landscape together with internal specialists and external experts.
You ensure comprehensible technical documentation as well as compliance with operational, regulatory, and security-related requirements and represent IT towards relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
You have a higher education in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable professional qualification.
You have several years of professional experience in a coordinating role related to IT operations, service quality, or platform responsibility.
You understand ITSM processes and know the reliable operation of business-critical applications and infrastructures.
You are familiar with Scrum, agile planning, and product ownership and can translate different interests into clear prioritisation.
You communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders, negotiate in a partnership manner with suppliers, and approach challenges methodically.
