Job Description
As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance and technical management of the site while guaranteeing quality service to users.
- Planning and execution of service interventions
- Installation and commissioning of equipment (heating, air conditioning, ventilation)
- Diagnosis of technical problems and analysis of faults
- Maintenance and repair work
- Cleaning of surfaces, snow clearance operations and maintenance of green spaces
- Management of general administrative tasks
- Participation in the on-call service
Profile Sought
You have strong technical skills and a good sense of service, while being comfortable in a versatile environment.
- Driving licence and vehicle essential
- Experience in the fields of electricity, mechanics or HVAC
- Good technical knowledge (machines, equipment, devices and programmes)
- Excellent oral communication and good writing skills
- Team spirit, interpersonal ease and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
- Sense of commitment and ability to engage to achieve common goals
