For our client, an established and regionally rooted company in the field of building technology in Engadin, we are looking for an independent and responsible individual as:

Project Manager HVAC (m/f, 100%)

Take responsibility, realise exciting projects, and actively shape the future of building technology.

Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among others:

• Independent management and execution of projects in the HVAC sector
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality requirements
• Contact person for clients, planners, suppliers, and internal departments
• Organisation and supervision of execution work on construction sites
• Conducting technical clarifications and collaborating on project development
• Leadership and coordination of employees as well as external partner companies
• Preparation of offers, change orders, and project documentation
• Ensuring a smooth project process until successful handover

For this position, you bring the following profile:

• Completed basic training in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, or sanitation
• Further training as project manager, HF technician, master craftsman, or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Experience in project management within building technology or motivation to develop in this role
• Structured, organised, and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of customer contact and collaboration with various stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a high sense of responsibility
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
