Technical Warehouse Operative

What you will accomplish

• Actively participate in the project to centralise technical stores, notably in moving spare parts, reorganising and updating the corresponding data in SAP
• Ensure receipt, inspection and storage of spare parts and consumables intended for maintenance
• Manage and monitor stocks to guarantee the availability of parts necessary for maintenance interventions
• Prepare parts and materials for planned maintenance
• Carry out inventory of spare parts and contribute to stock reliability
• Coordinate internal and external repairs of spare parts and ensure follow-up of supplier returns
• Support maintenance teams in locating and providing the necessary parts
• Participate in the continuous improvement of stock management and technical store processes

What you bring

• Education: Completed initial or further training
• Specialisation: Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a logistician or equivalent training
• Professional experience: 1 to 3 years’ experience in logistics, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
• Knowledge of logistics processes related to maintenance and interest in the technical field
• Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office) and knowledge of SAP PM or another CMMS is an advantage
• Organised, rigorous and autonomous person, with a good sense of responsibility
• Ability to manage priorities, anticipate needs and work in a structured manner
• Initiative, solution-oriented and ease in communication with different interlocutors
• French (B1)
