As part of our development, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant (M/F).

You will join an experienced team, in a dynamic environment, with efficient tools and a high degree of autonomy in developing your activity.

Tasks & responsibilities:

Gather recruitment needs from managers
Write and publish adverts on appropriate platforms
Actively source candidates (job boards, social networks, referrals)
Manage incoming applications
Conduct telephone pre-qualifications
Lead recruitment interviews
Assess candidates’ skills and potential
Organise tests, role plays or assessments
Prepare candidate files for managers
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams
Ensure candidate follow-up throughout the process
Inform candidates of decisions (selected / not selected)
Update recruitment tools and databases (ATS)
Monitor recruitment KPIs (timelines, volumes, acquisition channels...)
Provide regular reporting to management
Propose improvements to the recruitment process
Participate in recruitment events (forums, fairs, schools)

Additional activities

Attend department meetings
Contribute to organising department-related events
Collaborate with Marketing for team communications
Stay informed of new local recruitment legislation
Perform any other tasks deemed useful by management
Native French speaker, proficiency in any other second language is an advantage
Pedagogy and diplomacy

Profile:

Training in human resources, recruitment or construction trades (CFC or other)
First confirmed experience in a placement agency preferred (optional)
Ideally, knowledge of the Valais economic fabric in construction, in structural work and/or finishing work.
Ease in human relations and business sense
Strong interest in recruitment and sourcing
Autonomous, responsible, pragmatic and dynamic
Proficient in common IT tools and social networks
