System Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role as a system technician, you will manage the IT infrastructure of customers and ensure that their work processes become simpler and more efficient. You plan, install, and operate modern IT systems, provide first- and second-level support, and apply your expertise in current Windows operating systems as well as network technologies such as DHCP, DNS, VPN, firewall, and routing. At the same time, you work with ERP software, delve into the development of client, server, and web applications, and contribute to the optimisation of system architectures. You have completed training in computer science or a comparable qualification, are interested in digital solutions and software development, and approach tasks with initiative, teamwork, and solution-oriented thinking. Your enjoyment of direct customer contact and your interest in production processes help you to specifically master the digital challenges of customers.
Responsibilities:
- You plan, install, and operate IT infrastructures for customers
- In this role, you provide first- and second-level support in daily operations
- As a system technician, you support customers in optimising their work processes
- You delve into the development of the ERP software EasyProd using C#, WPF, and Blazor
- In this role, you develop and maintain client, server, and web applications
- As a system technician, you help coordinate systems and optimise digital workflows and system architectures
Qualifications:
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist or a comparable education
- You have good knowledge of current Windows operating systems (Windows 10 / 11, Windows Server)
- You possess expertise in network technologies such as DHCP, DNS, VPN, firewall, and routing
- You enjoy direct customer contact and have an interest in processes in production companies
- You are interested in software development and digital solutions
- You are characterised by teamwork, initiative, and solution-oriented thinking
