What you will influence
Within a specialised team, you ensure the monitoring of the implementation of collective labour agreements as well as the functioning of the joint institutions related to the concerned sectors. You contribute to defending the collective interests of employees and employers in compliance with contractual and legal provisions.

• Ensure the monitoring and application of collective labour agreements.
• Participate in the administrative and operational management of joint institutions.
• Prepare meetings of joint commissions and ensure follow-up of decisions taken.
• Analyse complex cases and formulate recommendations.
• Draft letters, reports, position papers, regulations and legal or administrative documents.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements as well as the directives of our organisation.
• Represent the organisation with commissions, partners and relevant bodies.

• Higher education
• Strong legal knowledge and excellent analytical skills.
• Experience in project management.
• Good accounting knowledge and ease with financial monitoring of funds.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Confidence in public speaking and ability to defend the organisation’s positions.
• Very good organisational and administrative management skills.
• High sense of integrity, discretion and responsibility.
• Rigour, autonomy and a collaborative spirit.
