Project Developer General Contractor (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the calculation and project development of general contractor projects. You will handle functional and public tenders, calculate demanding construction projects, and develop technically and economically convincing solutions together with internal and external architects. You will accompany projects from an early stage and prepare the necessary offer, calculation, and project bases up to successful awarding.
Responsibilities:
Calculation and processing of general contractor projects based on functional and public tenders
Analysis of tender documents and preparation of project, cost, and calculation bases
Preparation of offer documents, service descriptions, project analyses, and contractor information
Development of construction programmes, scheduling, and execution bases for the offer phase
Technical and economic review and optimisation of project and execution variants
Collaboration with internal and external architects in project planning
Coordination and alignment of various trades and project participants
Support of projects during the acquisition, offer, and awarding phases
Contact person for clients and project partners on technical and calculation-related questions
Qualifications:
Training as a HF Architect Technician or comparable construction-technical qualification
Experience in the calculation of general contractor projects or as a project manager or construction manager for general contractors, ideally with experience in public and functional tenders
Solid basic knowledge of the various building trades; knowledge of timber construction is an advantage
Good CAD skills as well as experience with digital planning and calculation bases
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
