APPRENTICE ASSISTANT IN CARE AND COMMUNITY HEALTH

Your mission

• Gradually discover the profession of Assistant in Care and Community Health within an interdisciplinary team.
• Support clients in their daily lives and contribute to their well-being as well as maintaining their autonomy.
• Participate in basic care and develop, throughout your training, your skills in performing medico-technical care.
• Observe the evolution of clients’ health status and relay useful information to the team.
• Collaborate with various health professionals and discover the richness of home care work.
• Put into practice the knowledge acquired during your training and gradually gain autonomy.

Your profile

• You have completed or are about to complete your compulsory schooling.
• You wish to train in the health sector and commit to a 3-year apprenticeship.
• You enjoy contact with people and demonstrate listening, respect and kindness.
• You are curious, motivated and ready to learn.
• You appreciate teamwork and can adapt to different situations.
• You show seriousness, punctuality and reliability.

How does the recruitment process work?

• Send us your application with your CV, cover letter, any internship certificates you have and your last three school reports via Jobup by 04.10.26, specifying the CMS you wish to join.
• If your profile matches, you will be invited to an interview to get to know each other and discuss your motivation and professional project.
• An observation day may then be organised to allow you to concretely discover the profession and the functioning of the CMS.
• You will finally participate in the selection tests planned as part of the apprentice recruitment.
