HVAC Project Manager / Project Leader (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you will take on project management in building services engineering and shape challenging, innovative projects. You will benefit from active support for your further training and part-time education and receive targeted support for your personal development. You will work across countries with various departments and can rely on flexible working time models. Responsibilities:
Management and implementation of HVAC projects in the field of infrastructure and supply technology
Handling technical tasks from planning to commissioning
Preparation of planning documents, schematics, tenders, and technical documentation
Support of studies, preliminary and construction projects as well as coordination of project execution
Control of costs, deadlines, and quality including project accounting
Qualifications:
Completed studies as a building services engineer FH HVAC or comparable technical education
Experience in the design and implementation of HVAC systems
Knowledge in construction and project management as well as technical understanding
Strong communication skills, initiative, and willingness to take on technical responsibility
Very good German language skills and confident use of MS Office
