What you will achieve

• You lead, promote, and develop four employees in front support and support them in their diverse tasks in the corporate client area.
• You take an active role in the training and development of trainees and apprentices.
• You support our client advisors in comprehensive care as well as in the targeted development and expansion of client relationships and in the preparation and analysis of credit transactions.
• You handle telephone client enquiries competently and solution-oriented. If necessary, you also accompany our client advisors to client appointments.
• Together with the Head of Corporate Clients, you actively shape the team dynamics and the further development of the Corporate Clients team in St. Gallen.

What you bring with you

• A higher banking or business administration qualification as well as several years of experience in banking form your professional foundation.
• You have leadership experience and enjoy supporting experienced employees, promoting them, and driving the further development of the team together with them.
• Sound knowledge in corporate client and credit business enables you to competently support our client advisors.
• With your high social competence, communication skills, and team-oriented manner, you convince employees, colleagues, and our clients.
