About the job
Do you enjoy practical work, have an interest in machines, or want to learn how modern production plants are controlled? The specific area of responsibility includes the following:
- Planning and conducting production and its orders
- Leading and controlling the dosing, grinding, mixing sections, etc.
- Assessing and adjusting machines as well as process sections
- Independently resolving minor production interruptions
- Assisting in other departments such as goods receipt and maintenance
- General cleaning tasks
- Qualification in agriculture or the food industry (preferably as a miller or plant operator)
- Professional experience in industry, preferably in a mill whether food, specialty milling, feed mill or related/comparable industries and trades
- Enjoyment in handling raw materials and complex plants in the manufacture of animal feed
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Accuracy, cleanliness, conscientiousness, reliability and teamwork are a must in our industry
