Specialist in Debt Collection, 80–100 %
What to expect
- You will process reminders and debt collections in the cantons assigned to you
- You are responsible for debtor management (posting payments, transfers, write-offs)
- You maintain telephone and written contact with customers, offices, authorities, and internal departments
- Handling complaints is also part of your responsibilities
What you bring
- You have a commercial basic education (E-profile) or an equivalent qualification with professional experience in an administrative role
- Numbers are your strength
- You have a confident, skilful, and factual approach to demanding telephone customer conversations
- You have a confident, professional command of German, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of French or Italian is an additional advantage
- Resilience and assertiveness characterise you
